Christmas 2009

Our Christmas was loads of fun! As you can see, we had Cole for Christmas so I was able to capture this traditional Christmas picutre. I've taken this exact pose with the kids in front of the tree in their Christmas pajamas ever since I can remember, except for last year. That was our first Christmas without Cole and I didn't have the heart to take the picture without him. Matt's mom was also here for Christmas so we felt like a complete family with both of them here.

For our traditional Christmas Eve movie we went and saw A Christmas Carol and then came home for some yummy appetizers for dinner. To top the night off, we reinacted the nativity story with the kids all in costume (now I wish I would have taken pictures of that. Oh, well). Christmas Day we had the missionaries over for lunch and spent the day playing with all the kids' new toys. And although we were all craving last years Lebanese dinner, we settled for a traditional ham dinner. It was a perfect Christmas Day in my book!
