House Disappointment

I'm learning day by day the stresses of house-buying! Our last house was not nearly this difficult to find! We've had a crazy week sorting through miscommunication, misunderstanding, and inexperience. Honestly, I don't know the details enough to really get what happened, and I'm sure you all want me to spare you the boring details. On Monday, we found out that the house went to auction and was therefore unavailable to us. We were pretty bummed, but have become accustomed to bad luck so far in our house hunt, so we dropped it and moved forward with other possibilities. A couple of days later, we found out that it didn't go to auction as we thought, and that it was still available to us. For several reasons too long to explain, Matt and I felt that it was actually better to not go ahead with the purchase of that particular home. It's been a roller coaster, but we are back out in the game with some more possibilities. This time I'll wait til things are for sure before I post more pictures and get everyone else excited for us.
