What a weird post, I know, but it makes me laugh that my kids are just now discovering the sophisticated cuisine known as Top Ramen. For the past few years I haven't made it much, mainly because Jacob is so picky and wouldn't so much as lick the broth off a spoon. But a while ago I busted out a package and made Jacob try it. Amazingly, he LOVED it. And now my kids can't get enough. They have it for lunch, snacks, dinner, and Jaxon even asks for "soup" for breakfast. I'm kicking myself for not forcing it earlier - think of all the money I could have saved eating Top Ramen a couple times a week! haha! My crazy kids - I just LOVE them!

LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is so funny! Mike also loves it, he will add tomato sauce to his and it actually tastes really good! I think he also adds extra beef flavoring....Have fun saving money!
I still love it too. Jack loves it and calls it noodles. I strain the liquid off and add the seasoning straight to the noodles. A real delicacy at our house too:) Use the money you save on groceries to come visit me.
I used to eat it in the morning for breakfast ALL the time. (This was when I was a non-married person.) My husband made fun of me and so the habit has slipped for the past 12 years. This is a great reminder to remember a great, cheap food. Perhaps tomorrow I will have it for breakfast just so I can think of the Cecils.
