Jaxon turned three yesterday! It's so cliche, but I seriously can't believe that my baby is three! Having a toddler around has been so fun - it's bittersweet to watch him grow! Since yesterday was labor day and we all had the day off, we decided to spend the day doing some of the things Jaxon loves best. So here is the recap....
We started off the day by going to the Mini Grand Prix and riding the kiddie rides. You can't see us very well, but that is me and Jaxon on the slide.

After melting in the sun, we were off to 7-11 for some ice cold slurpees!
After a nap, we visited the temple. A couple of weeks ago Jaxon started begging to go and we finally made the short trip. We had a nice time walking the grounds and enjoying the flowers. It's so peaceful and beautiful there!

And to end the evening on a perfect note, we had his best friend, Gracie (and her family) over for hotdogs and a little bit of water fun. Earlier that morning when we were talking about his birthday Jaxon said, "How about some friends for me? How about Gracie?" So of course we had to call and invite them over! What a fun day!
