I don't know what it is, but whenever I take a picture of Jacob, he always feels the need to do some weird face at the camera. It doesn't help when my angle is totally off as well. It's rare that I ever capture a picture of him with a "normal" expression. Anyway, the fam was gathered around the computer checking out these pictures, and upon seeing this one of Jake, we all immediately thought of Gollum. I think it's a combination of the expression, the missing teeth, and the big bug eyes. Of course Jacob is quite a bit cuter, but you can see the resemblance, can't you...?
(By the way, Jacob lost his other front tooth a while ago so he has the huge adorable gap that I love so much. I never tire of seeing his cute, gappy smile)

they are always both shirtless too....HAHA. If you show this to Jacob I bet he'll start running around saying, "my precious!" too to ham it on.
